Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription.


How to Cancel or Change a Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription in one of the following ways:

  • Provide at least 3 days’ written notice before your next renewal by emailing us at info@vitalblast.co, stating that you wish to cancel your subscription; or

  • Use the ‘Manage Subscription’ link located in our website footer menu, where you can adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Your order confirmation emails also contain links that allow you to view and manage your subscription settings.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or upcoming item not yet in our inventory. At checkout, we may:

  • Collect no payment,

  • Collect a partial deposit, or

  • Store your payment method and charge the remaining balance later when the item ships.


Pre-Order Cancellation

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.

If a pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
